Beth L. Haessig, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist, a certified body-centered psychotherapist, and a certified yoga teacher. She is the former president of the United States Association for Body Psychotherapy.  Beth received her doctorate at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) Rutgers University, specializing in Schools.  She trained 5 more years in somatic psychotherapy at the Core Energetics Institute in NYC, founded by John Pierrakos, MD, and one year post graduate with Radical Aliveness/Core Energetics in Mexico.  She works with adults and children with anxiety, depression, eating problems, trauma, and relationship/behavioral challenges using Mindfulness-based, cognitive/body-based awareness practices and techniques.    

Most recently, Dr. Haessig is MAPS and EMBARK trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. She works with Journey Clinical to provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in the office and will be providing MDMA-Assisted psychotherapy when it becomes legal in 2024.
